Small mammals program
Welcome to our program dedicated to the conservation of threatened and understudied small mammals in Andhra Pradesh, including the charming smooth-coated otters. Our mission is to raise awareness and protect these unique species through research, community engagement, and habitat preservation. Terrestrial Ecological Restoration Program
The terrestrial ecological restoration program focuses on essential initiatives designed to revive degraded landscapes, restore biodiversity, and strengthen the resilience of natural ecosystems. These programs focus on activities such as planting native vegetation, restoring forests, conserving soil and water resources, reintroducing native species, and reconnecting fragmented habitats. By using sustainable and community-based approaches, restoration efforts help improve ecosystem health while also supporting local livelihoods and climate adaptation.
